The ErgoPro Laptop Stand carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase from CarbonFiberLaptop is required for any claim.

What is the scope of "tech accessory consultancy"?

Tech accessory consultancy includes personalized recommendations for peripherals, connectivity hubs, protective gear, and desk accessories. It does not include IT support, network troubleshooting, or repair services. Consultations are conducted remotely or at our office in Pretoria.

Are shipping costs included in the quoted price?
