CarbonFiberLaptop provides tech accessory consultancy, custom device solutions, and ergonomic workspace optimization for professionals in South Africa. All services are delivered remotely or on-site within the Republic of South Africa.

You agree to provide accurate information about your workspace, devices, and requirements. Failure to disclose relevant details may limit our ability to deliver the agreed outcomes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials shared during the engagement.

CarbonFiberLaptop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consultancy or device recommendations. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer law.

All custom device configurations, ergonomic layouts, and consultancy reports remain the intellectual property of CarbonFiberLaptop until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of material breach, termination is effective immediately. Upon termination, you must cease using any proprietary materials and return or destroy confidential information.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
